LEGAL SERVICES

The legal services directorate consist of two sections, namely the legal advice and litigation.

Functions

Provide sound legal advice to the Ministry of Finance Economic Development;
facilitate translation of policies into legislation where appropriate;
review of contracts and legal instruments; and
facilitate effective legal representation of the Ministry of Finance Economic Development in litigation in courts and Tribunals;
to assist in the conduct of disciplinary hearings
